RAMS Online Web Solutions are happy to announce the following new features.
Signup Services with Complex Pricing
A new customer signup wizard which allows you to signup commercial and customers with a more complex pricing structure. If you have customers whose services are made up of things such as upfront deposits, extra mileage fees, disposal charges etc then this is the tool for you. Just configure these charges in RAMS against template customers. Then, as part of the signup wizard, it will detect their service area and collect all the charges and appropriate area charging for the selected service from these template accounts. You control which charges need to be paid up front, it can even add on their outstanding balance. Then it processes upfront charges on the spot, creates the service request in RAMS and sends them request summary by email, all in one step. This new feature is our best yet!
Data Import Tool in the Browser
A new Data Import Function that allows you to import transactions from CSV files into batches your RAMS system. This tool will work with ANY csv file but it is specifically designed to import your recurring billing transactions into RAMS. You can use transformations to convert data as it's imported and you can save import configurations as templates so you don't need to re configure the import each time you import a file.

Signup Wizard for New Customers - Includes Google Map Geocoding
A new customer signup wizard for your web site. Customers can get area based pricing, service days and terms and conditions all in one wizard. Once they confirm, the system creates a new account in RAMS AND does all the route and charge setup for you so there is no need for user intervention from your office. Time saver!

Using this module you can design specific pages for mobile devices and the system will automatically detect and direct a mobile device to the right pages. Now your sales staff can get the information they need from their mobile phone.

Now you can import templates for for RAMS data straight from our Template library of over 20 different designs. From Post-it note type comment listings to Payment Summaries, On-Route service history and more. Just go the Template Import page on your wen site and import the templates you want straight onto your web site. It's as good as drag and drop functionality.

Now you can bring ANY RAMS information you want into the web. Using the Form Import tool, just select the RAMS information you want and the tool will create all the HTML and XML web forms you need to display the information on the WEB. Then using the browser based editor, make the forms and lists look just the way you want.
